Maintenance Supervisor

We are currently seeking a highly capable and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to organize the maintenance and ensure the efficient and effective operation of our stone crushing facilities and equipment. As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will play a critical role in managing maintenance activities, coordinating schedules, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.


Responsibilities:

• Supervising and leading a team for the maintenance of the stone crushing plant.
• Planning and scheduling maintenance tasks and projects.
• Assigning work orders and monitoring progress.
• Conducting regular inspections and preventive maintenance activities.
• Maintaining accurate maintenance records and documentation.
• Troubleshooting equipment issues and coordinating repairs.
• Monitoring equipment performance and analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Developing and implementing preventive maintenance programs.
• Collaborating with other departments to optimize maintenance processes.
• Managing inventory and spare parts availability.
• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and maintenance standards.

Requirements:

• A degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or a related field.
• Previous experience as a Maintenance Supervisor or in a similar role.
• Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, or other relevant systems.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency in maintenance management systems or ERP maintenance.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and a focus on quality.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
