Management Trainee

We are currently seeking a Management Trainee to work with the Head of Operations in our company. As a Management Trainee, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our experienced operations management team to gain the skills and knowledge necessary to implement our operational strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Managing Operations
• Ensuring efficiency and productivity
• Implementing process improvements to streamline operations.
• Managing a team of employees, providing coaching and guidance to ensure their success.

Requirements:

• Degree in Business or Operations Management
• At least 3 years of experiences will be at your advantage.
• Strong work ethic
• Excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.
• Should also have a passion for operations management and a desire to learn and grow in this field.
